Estonian with Eli is a language learning podcast aimed at beginners and intermediate learners. It uses the natural learning method – listen to build comprehension of the language, and use transcripts to check understanding. Ideally, one would listen to the episodes as many times as needed to understand 80% without needing to look at the transcript.
The transcripts here are from the first season and are all free to access. The audio is freely available and linked within each episode transcript also.

Eli is a native Estonian speaker from Tallinn, fluent in English, Welsh and Portuguese, and a learner/speaker of Spanish, Icelandic, Polish, Finnish and BSL.
Currently based in Wales, she also teaches Estonian on various online platforms as well as private clients (interested? Have a look under the ‘lessons’ page!). She has done intensive beginners courses in the UK working with the British Government.
